Our Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. So long as the goods have not been taken out of their cellophane wrapping and are returned in their original condition, we will reimburse you in full. You will, however, be responsible for the original delivery costs and the costs of returning the goods to us (unless the goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
Returning an item which is damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the price of the goods, the postal charges for sending it to you and the reasonable costs incurred in sending it back to us.
Method of return
Please repackage the goods and enclose a note which has your name and address and the reason for the return. It is advisable that you return the item(s) by recorded delivery. Send to: Under Capricorn
